About Tender Shoots

Tender Shoots began operations in 1995, initially as a franchise branch in Midland, Ontario.        Three years later, we purchased the Barrie operation, which was then the flagship franchise.

In the spring of 2001, we left the franchise organization and began operations as an independant.

Tender Shoots  is owned and operated by Marcel & Pat Lauzon.

Over the years, we have learned many very valuable lessons.     Among those lessons is possibly the one that has served us best:   ensuring that only mature, responsible and knowledgeable technicians are permitted to work unsupervised on our customers' lawns.

Indeed, our least-experienced technician now has 3 full years of experience.      Another has been doing lawn care for 16 years while another is now in his 20th year.         

We hire ONLY mature, experienced, properly-trained and responsible technicians.      NO students.      NO kids.
